Units being shipped to Force should be securely packaged and shipped to us via UPS. This will enable us to track of the unit if it is necessary. Please include a sheet of paper in the box that contains the following information:

2. Physical street address
3. Name of contact person
4. Phone & fax numbers

FORCE WARRANTY
All rebuilt units are covered by a 90 day warranty against defective parts and labor. Units should be securely packed and returned to us with a brief description of the trouble you are experiencing. The warranty is null and void if the stapler has been misused or abused.
